Start ’em young! Our program is geared toward Moms and/or Dads with children who are old enough to follow simple direction and participate in group activities. Our trained yoga instructor will take you through a series of yoga poses, including games and a relaxation exercise. Build muscular strength, endurance and flexibility while bonding with your little yogi and transferring the value of fitness.
