Our approach to body, mind and spirit is the same: we are better equipped to handle what life throws at us when we are both STRONG and FLEXIBLE mentally AND physically. Fire yourself up with this new yoga class designed exclusively for Hot Mama Health & Fitness. Through our flowing practice we will increase our heart rate, build strength and endurance, and develop flexibility for creating long, lean muscles. We move to the rhythm of our bodies and, of course, to some awesome music. Every class will challenge you to discover your inner (mental) and outer (physical) strength (you ARE stronger than you think!), and allow you to release what needs to shine from within. This class will help you strengthen all the muscles you use for the tasks you do everyday. We prepare you to BURN BRIGHT – not burn out – both on and off your mat.
