On February 18th at 1:00pm two brave Hot Mamas from Hot Mama Fit Sylvan Lake are taking the Plunge for the annual Polar Dip that happens every year at Sylvan Lake, AB and they need some Hot Mama Community Support!!!
The Polar Dip in Sylvan Lake is an amazing! FUN event where people from different businesses or communities throughout Sylvan Lake raise money for a variety of charities within Sylvan Lake and then they take the PLUNGE! They jump in the lake in front of the entire town in costumes!

When I watched my husband, Mark Erickson, and his friends take the plunge last year and still had no desire to be one of these brave souls I was beyond excited when two Hot Mamas from Sylvan Lake approached me to take the plunge on behalf of Hot Mama Fit Sylvan Lake.
Gillian Reddy and Cindy Lundy are the Crazy! Brave! Fantastic Mamas taking the plunge and are raising money for the local Charity Sylvan Lake KidSport. I love this Charity because it is all about the kids and making it possibly for every kid to be able to play!
