Okay ladies, it’s time to put your needs and your fitness at the top of your priority list, even if it’s only for one hour a week. That’s right, it’s time to focus on yourself!  So, come on out and experience a Hot Mama workout all on your own. No men, no babies, no toddlers, no dogs, no “to-do” list…leave it all behind. Our Just the Gals bootcamp is where you will not only sweat, huff and puff, but you’ll also enjoy a support network that only women can give eachother. This bootcamp is designed for all levels of fitness, and trust us when we say…YOU CAN DO IT! We will focus on cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility…well, the whole she-bang, really. Come on out and get a workout the Just the Gals can handle.
